Juli 2024 bekannt zu geben.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Frau Kaeser ist perfekt zweisprachig und hat einen Lizenziat im Recht. Sp\u00e4ter erwarb sie einen Master in Administration, dann ein CAS in Projektmanagement und derzeit bildet sie sich weiter, um ein CAS in Migrationsrecht zu erlangen.<\/p>\n<p>Da sie \u00fcber ausgewiesene Erfahrung in der F\u00fchrung von Teams verf\u00fcgt, hatte sie bis zu 100 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter unter ihrer Verantwortung. Zuvor hatte sie auch verschiedene Funktionen als Projektleiterin, Juristin und Friedensrichterin inne.<\/p>\n<p>Sie artikuliert also Kompetenzen im Management und in der Sozialarbeit mit sehr guten Kenntnissen des Freiburger Terrains.<\/p>\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus fand die Nominierungskommission in Frau Kaeser Werte wieder, die der Institution am Herzen liegen, wie Wohlwollen, Offenheit, Gewissenhaftigkeit und Authentizit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n<p>Alle Teams von REPER sowie der Vorstand bedanken sich herzlich bei Herrn Philippe Cotting, der sich in der Tat seit 34 Jahren treu und unerm\u00fcdlich f\u00fcr die Vereinigung einsetzt.
