Erledigung diverser Arbeiten:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Couvertieren<\/li>\n<li>Inventur oder Ablage von Papierdokumenten<\/li>\n<li>Raum- oder Fahrzeugreinigung<\/li>\n<li>Hilfe bei der Gr\u00fcnanlagenpflege<\/li>\n<li>Hilfe bei Umz\u00fcgen<\/li>\n<li>Entsorgung im Bereich Recycling<\/li>\n<li>Montage- oder Demontagearbeiten bei Infrastrukturmassnahmen<\/li>\n<li>Aufbau bei Events<\/li>\n<li>usw.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Der MJP w\u00e4hlt die Jugendlichen aus, deren Profil f\u00fcr die Arbeiten geeignet ist, und k\u00fcmmert sich kostenlos um alle administrativen Belange. Er verrechnet Partnern nur den Lohn der engagierten Jugendlichen, dieser betr\u00e4gt CHF 21 pro Stunde. Der Lohn wird den Jugendlichen nach Abzug der Sozialversicherungsbeitr\u00e4ge vollumf\u00e4nglich ausgezahlt.<\/p>\n<p>Der MJP bietet den Mehrwert, dass alle Jugendlichen vor, w\u00e4hrend und nach den Mini-Jobs individuell betreut werden, um die Zufriedenheit aller Beteiligten zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.
