class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Das Konzept der aufsuchenden Jugendarbeit von REPER besteht darin, zu den Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen zwischen 10 und 30 Jahren zu gehen. Dazu ist REPER regelm\u00e4ssig auf den Strassen und an den Lebensorten der Jugendlichen pr\u00e4sent.<\/p>\n<p>Das Ziel ist, in Kontakt zu kommen und eine Vertrauensbeziehung mit den Jugendlichen zu entwickeln, damit sie ihre Bed\u00fcrfnisse und Anliegen \u00e4ussern k\u00f6nnen. Auf diese Bed\u00fcrfnisse und Anliegen geht REPER ein und bietet entsprechend\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.reper-fr.ch\/de\/privatpersonen\/jugendliche\/beratung-und-unterstuetzung\/sozialpaedagogische-begleitung\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sozialp\u00e4dagogische Begleitung<\/a>\u00a0oder die\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.reper-fr.ch\/de\/privatpersonen\/jugendliche\/beratung-und-unterstuetzung\/begleitung-von-jugendprojekten\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Begleitung von Jugendprojekten<\/a>\u00a0an.<\/p>\n<p>Dank dieser N\u00e4he k\u00f6nnen die Fachleute auch die Dynamik Einzelner oder von Gruppen bei der Interaktion mit dem Umfeld beobachten. Die aufsuchende Jugendarbeit f\u00fchrt zudem spezifische Projekte und gemeinschaftliche Aktionen durch, welche die Jugendlichen in ihre lokale Gemeinschaft (zum Beispiel ins Quartier oder in die Gemeinde) einbinden sollen.<\/p>\n<p>Mehrere Freiburger Gemeinden haben REPER bereits mit Mandaten f\u00fcr aufsuchende Jugendarbeit beauftragt.
