class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Der\u00a0Mini-Jobs-Pol\u00a0(MJP) wurde von der REPER-Abteilung Strasse &amp; Projektrealisation ins Leben gerufen, um Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene im Kanton Freiburg bei der sozialen und beruflichen Eingliederung zu unterst\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n<p>Zu diesem Zweck bietet der MJP Jugendlichen in schwierigen Situationen Jobs, die keine speziellen Qualifikationen erfordern. Konkret erfolgt die Unterst\u00fctzung auf zwei Ebenen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ausf\u00fchren von Mini-Jobs im Stundenlohn<\/li>\n<li>Individuelle sozialp\u00e4dagogische Begleitung (Coaching) vor, w\u00e4hrend und nach Mini-Jobs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die Jugendlichen arbeiten im Rahmen von REPER-Projekten oder bei lokalen Partnern (Unternehmen, Vereinen, \u00f6ffentlichen Einrichtungen usw.). Es sind ganz unterschiedliche Jobs zu erledigen, aber allen ist gemeinsam, dass sie keine speziellen Qualifikationen erfordern.
